slowly but surely turning this into an actual webpage!
i couldn't decide on an aesthetic so i'm just gonna mix Y2K and
frutiger aero styles wherever i want.
who cares about consistency, i've got a vision! 
Current to-do list
- ☑ add a navigation element
- ☑ make the entry page look a little better
- ☑ add a button for people to take
- ☐ add the /about page
- ☐ add some real content
- ☐ when my page is less embarrassingly empty, join fanlists & webrings
- ☐ gotta figure out what kind of content to actually put on the homepage, i still have no idea what to put here
- ☐ maybe turn my page into a theme/template others can use? no idea if anyone would actually want that
